How To Get Help

The AUDIENT program, products and services are only available to low income patients who qualify. Candidates will be required to verify income in the AUDIENT program. In the U.S., the income level needs are tied to the federal poverty guidelines set by the government. Income qualification for participation in the AUDIENT program will be set at 250% of that federal guideline. If the guideline changes, the income needed for qualification will change. Today, for a family of one, the household income maximum would calculate at $24,500 annually.
